THE SHORT ANSWER

The item price is one part of your budget. Keep the product, delivery within China, payment conversion, international shipping and any optional or destination charges separate until you have an actual quote for each.

Keep quoted amounts and unknown charges separate until the applicable totals are available.

1. Read the two prices on a product card

Our cards show a USD estimate first and the saved CNY listing price underneath. The estimate uses a recorded conversion rate, not a live checkout exchange rate. It helps compare the products in this selection on a consistent basis; it does not include international shipping.

Our example is Light Grey Zip-Up Hoodie Casual Streetwear Top. Using the saved rate of 1 USD = 6.662 CNY (29 Oct 2026), ¥372 ÷ 6.662 gives $55.84 after rounding. The amount below is the item estimate only. Reopen the listing to check the current price for your exact variant.

2. Keep known and unknown amounts visible

Create a simple budget with a row for each cost layer. Enter a number only when you have a quote or payment record. Leave an unquoted amount marked as unknown instead of entering zero: zero makes an unfinished subtotal look like a final delivered price.

Compare alternatives using the same destination and parcel assumptions. One seller’s cheaper item may have different domestic delivery charges or packaging. Buying more products also increases your product spending, even when some shared shipping costs become lower per item.

3. Compare the payment total, not just a headline rate

Before confirming payment, record the amount due, the currency you will be charged and any separately listed fees. If several payment methods are available, compare the complete total for the same purchase. A provider’s conversion and your card issuer’s charges may be different parts of the transaction.

Do not assume that every account, country or order has the same payment options. If a charge is unclear, ask what it covers before paying. Keep a receipt so you can distinguish a later adjustment from a new fee.

4. Account for the parcel, not just the products

Items have to be packed for international transport. A shoe box or a bulky jacket can change the space a parcel occupies. DHL explains that its dimensional-weight calculation compares package volume with actual weight. That is a useful example of why item weight alone may not determine a quote; check the rule for your selected shipping line.

Request a quote using the destination, packed dimensions and weight where available. Compare like-for-like packaging and services, and ask what is included. Removing packaging may change protection as well as volume, so decide what the item needs before treating it as a saving.

5. Review the final budget before submitting

Reconcile your product receipts and the parcel quote against the budget rows. Identify which amounts are already paid, which remain estimates and which may be collected later. A coupon should be assessed against its actual eligible charge and conditions rather than subtracted from every part of the order.

Keep the date and conditions beside any quote you save. This guide deliberately does not provide a universal shipping price or tax threshold: use the applicable service and destination sources when calculating your own order. If the total no longer fits your budget, resolve it before you authorize the next payment.

Your checklist

  • Keep the saved estimate separate from the live variant price.
  • Mark unquoted charges as unknown, not zero.
  • Compare complete payment totals in the same currency.
  • Use parcel dimensions, weight and destination for shipping.
  • Record what is already paid and what remains payable.

Common questions

Does the product card include international shipping?

No. The card shows a saved item-price conversion. Read the parcel quote separately.

Does a lighter item always cost less to ship?

Not necessarily. Package dimensions, route rules and selected services can affect the quote. Compare the final parcel conditions.

Can I use the example as my checkout price?

No. It demonstrates our saved conversion using a real selection entry. It is not a live offer or a delivered-cost estimate.
